Born in Michigan and raised in Wisconsin, it was hard to imagine ever finding a place to live as gorgeous as the Great Lakes States. I enjoyed forests full of lush green, abundant wildlife, and crystal clear waters. While standing on the shores of Superior, it was always amazing to look across a body of water so vast the opposite shore was out of view. Not until our family vacationed in North Carolina did we experience a similar beauty.
For over 30 years we have been visiting the State. Between Spring & Summer breaks, family get-togethers, and Holidays we have enjoyed every moment we could in North Carolina. The people, the environment, and the nature drew us to move here. In one day you can experience the majesty of the Great Smoky Mountains—travel through the wooded center—and, arrive for a spectacular sunset on the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. It would be a delight to assist in establishing your experience here at the Southern Outer Banks of North Carolina, as well.
